aBOUT CHRIS SIZELOVE
Chris Sizelove is the founder of CoHort and a retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant with over two decades of operational and professional experience in some of the most demanding environments in the world.
Chris entered the Army in 1999 and spent more than 16 years in the 75th Ranger Regiment across the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Battalions. He progressed through the full spectrum of combat roles — rifleman, machine gunner, sniper, and breacher. That trajectory carried through his leadership roles, from Team Leader all the way to Assault Platoon Sergeant and Battalion Reconnaissance Platoon Sergeant. He also served as a Pre-Ranger Instructor and the Regimental Master Breacher (not a bad "staff gig") . He subsequently served four years with the Defense Intelligence Agency before transitioning to the private sector.
While on active duty, Chris was instructing with and attending classes with respected civilian training companies including EAG Tactical, VTAC and Forge Tactical. That work continued into his post military career role as Director of Training at Blue Force Gear, Inc., where he developed and delivered professional instruction to military, law enforcement, and civilian personnel — translating complex operational experience into practical, applicable skills.
CoHort was built on that same foundation.
