Understanding the “CQB” problem set, goals, and what success in that space means should not be attempted cruising Instagram or YouTube.

This course is for the person who has functional weapons skills and is ready to put them to work in a different environment. I.E. an environment where your brain is the weapon and your weapon is just a tool.

This isn't Hollywood. Every hour of this course is built around the core principles that make CQB work: sound decision-making, precise weapons handling, effective communication, and the kind of team movement that comes from understanding both the environment and the issues that underline it.

What's in the Stack:

·       Principles of CQB and their practical application

·       Weapons manipulation and marksmanship under realistic conditions

·       Intuitive decision-making in dynamic environments

·       Communication and coordination as a 2-person team

·       Individual skills and team techniques for critical CQB tasks

Simulated Ammunition and bolt WILL BE PROVIDED for AR pattern rifles

Equipment List: (per student)

·       A Great Attitude

  • Carbine with sling (Carbine should be zero’d when you arrive)

  • Carbine magazine pouches (training magazines will be provided for use with simulated ammunition)

  • Handheld and weapon mounted lights (with multiple sets of extra batteries)

  • IFAK and TQ

  • Clear eye protection

  • Water and snack food

  • Range appropriate clothing and / or Duty gear as applicable for you

  • Pen and full size (8.5 x 11) notebook (you will be taking notes)
